At Yaxley Infant School, we are committed to working in partnership with parents and carers. We encourage any concerns to be raised as soon as possible so that they can be addressed promptly and informally where appropriate.

Most concerns can be resolved by speaking to your child's class teacher or a member of the leadership team. If a concern cannot be resolved informally, parents and carers may make a formal complaint using the school's Complaints Policy.
