This year our EYFS class is so excited as we are going to be known as the Rainbow Class. We worked very much as one whole unit in our EYFS before, however this year we won't be having separate classes.  We are very lucky to have a great team.  You can find out more about us below.

Learning in EYFS through play

Young children learn most when they are following their own lines of interest and are challenged along the way by being encouraged to dig deeper, be inquisitive and think more widely about their chosen activity. Children are more likely to be engaged and committed to their learning when given time to explore freely too. When we see children interested in a particular theme, whatever it may be, we provide suitable resources and adult interaction to enhance their enquiry and meet curriculum requirements. Learning key skills such as how to solve problems, communicate well and share resources all comes naturally in these moments too and is key to our EYFS philosophy.
