Hello everyone, this week we have linked our learning to the story of 'The very hungry caterpillar'. Following on from number 11 in maths we have added how you can introduce number 12 too. This is attached as a separate pdf, along with ideas on how to make your own 'Life Cycle of a butterfly'. There is also a Powerpoint on the Life Cycle of a Butterfly. Please continue to watch the phonics lessons on the you tube channel. We have also attached an 'igh' spotter story. Read it to, or with a grown up, how many times can you spot the 'igh' sound? Challenge: can you write these down? Are there any other graphemes or tricky words you can spot? Please remember that these are just ideas for you to follow if you wish. Have a good week :)
