Can you read the real words and spot the alien word? The alien word is trying to catch you out. Look for the graphemes, are there any digraphs in there? You can write the word down and add sound buttons to help.

Play draw it! Read the word or sentence (you can choose which sheet you use - you also don't necessarily need to print it out, you could write the word/sentence for your child instead) and draw that underneath. Did you read the word/sentence correctly?
