It sounds like Oxford Owl can be a little temperamental. If you are managing to get on, please keep using it! If you finish all the books in the reading band colour we have sent you, then have a go at some in the band below (this will improve your child's confidence as they will be able to read it with increasing fluency) or have a go at some in the band above (you may want to spot tricky words or graphemes they know already, and they may need more help with this book but it is all good practise!).

Of course it is so important to keep reading your books from home too, or listen to our end of the day stories or even find your own stories online. Our main aim is to encourage a love of reading and books so anything will do! 📚
