Today's reading & writing activities are based around the story, "The Bad Tempered Ladybird" by Eric Carle.

Today's activity is to recall the main events in the story. Who did the bad tempered ladybird meet first? What happened at the beginning of the story? What happened in the middle of the story? What happened in the end of the story? We look forward to seeing photos of you using the sequencing cards (or draw/write your own if you don't have access to a printer) to retell the story.

We have uploaded a word mat and some writing sheets if you would like to write a sentence or two about the Bad Tempered Ladybird (don't forget to use your sound mats to help you) and some pictures of the characters incase you want to cut them out / draw your own and make some puppets.
